To contribute, manage and administer affordable and safe housing to Métis urban dwellers.
To assist individuals and families in need to obtain affordable, adequate and suitable modest housing accommodation.

At all times board members and staff are to act with integrity and for the common good of our members and the Métis community we serve.
The members of GHC shall be any Métis person at least sixteen (16) years of age living in the geographical proximity to the City of Regina who makes application and is approved by the GHC Board of Directors as a member in good standing. Each application will require proof of Métis ancestry.
There shall be a $1.00 membership fee to be renewed every three (3) years payable on or before August 31 each year. Members who withdraw their membership will entitled to a refund of their membership fee.
In general members are entitled to vote at any annual, general, or special meeting, or for election of Directors of GHC. GHC has a seven (7) member volunteer Board of Directors that are elected by the GHC membership. For more information on membership please refer to the most current GHC Bylaws.
